The Marriotts Close scheme comprises a town centre development,in the Market Town of Witney,on the edge of the Cotswolds.Essentially a mixed use development  incorporating retail and residential units over the retail. Key roles, as part of a team, included detail liaison with West Oxfordshire District Council Planning to deliver detail design elements relative to closing out Planning Conditions. Another aspect of involvement centered around developing the detail glazing sub-contractor package for the windows and retail screens. 

Project completion scheduled for September 2009.

Marriotts Close, Witney, Oxfordshire.

Investment value £50m. Senior Project Architect.

A complex city centre site, this development included a nine screen multiplex cinema with six leisure outlets adjoining existing buildings and fronting the unique Lincoln city centre Brayford Marina.

Project completed August 2001.

Approximate construction value 7m.

Senior Project Architect - detail design and construction phase.

A site in the centre of Coventry incorporating 25,000sq.ft. of internal space for Gala Clubs. Involvement from inception to completion (shell and fit-out) including scheme/detail design; negotiating the Planning Process to working drawing production information administering the Tender Stage and acting as the Employers Representative for the on-site operations for both the Shell and Fit-Out contracts.

Construction value (Shell and Fit–out) £3.6m.

Project completed January 2003.

Gala Bingo, Coventry.

Senior Project Architect.

The former Cattle Market Site adjacent the Historic town centre of Grantham also has a road boundary with the elevated electrified East Coast rail line. There were five Units created within this new terrace providing circa 100k  square feet of retail space including partial mezzanine cover. Main role as Project Leader taking the Planning Approved scheme through to Site and completion. Construction value £5.5m.  Project completed September 2005.  

Cattle Market, Grantham.

Senior Project Architect.

This site required the demolition of an existing Cinema and is situated on one of the main arterial routes into Nottingham. The Somerfield store provided 18k square feet of trading with the separate semi-detached pair of retail units achieving 1,000 square feet each. Construction value £5m.
