Yes, Building Regulations Applications and drawings can be provided as a follow on to having performed the service to achieve Planning Approval.

Alternatively, Kingsmead Design can provide this service exclusively if approached by a client who has a Planning Approval and wishes the detail drawings to be procured separately.

Kingsmead Design are pleased to be partnered with Lincoln City Council Department of Building Control, which effectively means that any Building Regulations Application submitted for any site in England and Wales can be submitted through Lincoln City - the advantages being that there is a more local and readily accessible Building Control Service which can only speed up the Plans Inspection process.
